Melissa Drake currently supports the training and development team as a trainer. She is passionate about continuous growth and development and finds creative ways to set a positive example and derive meaning from her work. Her commitment to CBHS’ strategic goal for its staff has allowed her to achieve career goals that at first did not seem reachable. She started as a tier 1 customer service representative and strived to provide excellent customer service to every consumer she helped. She then supported the operations team as a limited-service supervisor, which opened the door for a promotion to become a permanent supervisor. In 2019, she began supporting the training and development team during peak season as a trainer. In this role, she helps prepare new employees for their positions. Melissa loves helping others reach their full potential. Her motivational mantra is, “While focusing on my success, there will be stress, but if I pursue excellence, success will be guaranteed.” Read Less
